The attorneys at Nadeau Law, LLC provide a wide range of services for both employers and employees in most workplace-related matters. We represent employees and employers in contract disputes, wrongful termination cases, discrimination cases, unemployment benefit cases, wage and benefit payment cases, claims under the Maine Human Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and in third-party claims associated with worker compensation cases.

We will assist clients with the drafting and review of employment contracts, non-competition provisions and severance and termination agreements.
